Position Overview
MSL Consults is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our consulting services to new and existing clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote MSL Consults’ services, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress toward goals and strategy effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and service delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
Skills:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
